Just two days before our Engage-365 Community Garden installation, our March Brown Bag will focus on the benefits of gardens, parks and other community-based green space.  

Our panel includes representatives from Urban Harvest and Sierra Club.  Erin Eriksen, from Urban Harvest, will discuss native plants and community gardening.  Ian Davis, with Sierra Club, will reiterate the need for green space in every community and update us on the Republican proposed cuts to the state budget that jeopardize the sustainability of our local and state parks.
